The inner self...
Its the darkest of all the nights...
Wind has no vigour to fight
Not even the leaves flutter
Everyone’s dazed by the horror
Lo! I am afraid...
Can hear the galloping sound of he horse...
Taken am I into the state of remorse,
Pushed am into the flames of anger,
Melancholy too doesn’t identify me as a stranger.
Lo! She has arrived...
Her eyes brimming with tears...
But there’s no breathe of fear.
Misfortune was her armour,
With His mercy, she’s punished of misdemeanour.
Lo! She comes closer to me...
Words flow without any banks...
Who was the miscreant?
Her life was yet to be explored,
But nothing was left to be discovered.
Lo! She is weeping...
Blinded am I by the lightning on her face...
I pull her out of the dancing flames.
My non-stimulating heart embraces her,
The void within me engulfs her.
Lo! She’s no where but within me...
She’s there in my castle...
I tell her a fairy tale
Where there’s light at the end of tunnel,
Where sun rises after the holocaust,
Lo! She has slept….slept forever...
